Request: How-To Install Boost Controller (MBC)

Okay, after a week of searching and reading all over the internet, I've finally decided to start a thread on this.

Does someone know how to install a MBC (manual boost controller)? If someone could make a simple How - To I would appreciate it!

What I've found out is that you place the MBC between the turbo and wastegate, but does something need to involve the BOV as well? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I have a T28 turbo and a Tial External wastegate.

It involves just the turbo and the wastegate. Tap into those lines and you should be fine. I think there is a how to on the evo forums.

Search!

Which MBC did you get..

Go to Hallman site and they have an excellent thread with pictures on how to do it.. very easy if you have the mechanical flair!

And be ready for more nuclear flames from the guys as they wake up for not searching the forums!

It's a Hallman MBC. Flame suit is on. Like I said, I've done my searches. All the evo threads I saw all dealt with the evo's internal wastegate/wastegate actuator solenoid stuff. That didn't apply to me.

Thanks for the responses thus far!
