Well I'm pretty good with taillight modification and LED systems (see: my old Impala) and I'm working on designs for an LED setup.

Alls I really need is a test model. Doesn't need to be in good shape at all, just as long as the bulb housings are in decent shape.

Well I don't think the housings are any different between the two models. I don't need one that's mint, it doesn't even need the lens. All I care is that the bulb housings for reverse, the two taillights and the turn signal are intact. I'd rather go cutting into something that's already kinda busted than experiment on my own lamps.

In other words, hes looking for someone whose already replaced their stock lights (highly improbable) or someone whose already gotten into an accident and has the old lights if so replaced (Highly possible).

The curves in the housing will make it 99.99999% impossible to tint with film. Even with a heat gun, you'll never get it to go on properly

Someone has their lights film tinted already.. its really not hard to do im sure.. you just have to had pieces that are cut at the end that wrap inside where you cant see it from the outside. Geometrics my dear lads! Nothing is impossible.. just highly.. highly.. improbable.

step 1: tape all the surrounding areas.
step 2: spray at a distance approx. a foot away. SPRAY EVENLY, and be steady.
step 3: let it dry. usually an hour is safe.
step 4: apply another coat if you see uneven shades.

thats all i did. mine just so happen to came out pretty nice.

If you want it really shiny you need to wet sand and buff the tails after the tint is dry. Shouldn'y be too difficult.
