How long did it take to get your Lancer?

Ive been planning on getting my Lancer in October but ive been makin good money so far this summer so ive been able to save up for my down payment. I can probably shoot for the day I turn 18 to sign the loan (August 16th). So my question is, did you guys have any trouble findin your car?....Did you have to put it on order to get everything you wanted or did your dealers have exactally what you wanted at the lot?....Im planning on fully loaded MT GTS Graphite Grey.....Wonderin if I should just put it on order now so im ready or just hope for the best when I turn 18. Thanks in advance guys.

Found the perfect car right on the local lot the first time I went looking. Bought it the next day when the dealership opened.

Depends on what you want. Some people are waiting and waiting.

I walked on the lot, told them the price I would pay for it, signed the paper work and drove away. The whole process took ~20 minutes

It took them 2 hours to persuade me into buying it. And I only did because they had the exact model (only one they'd seen!) on the lot and it took me 2 hours to get them to let me drive it.

The feel of the wheel seals the deal.
