spoiler recommendations

Hello all I just bought a black 2004 Lancer es and want to customize it a little bit and am just looking for a few recommendations/tips. I like the way the evo spoilers look and was thinking about putting one on, but am unsure if it will look out of place without the full bodykit.. Also i want to put some 17 in rims on it and am just curious if anyone knows some good sources to find some?

For a spoiler I choose the OZ rally type with 3 posts. Something Different

Rims: Find a color that you like with a chrome lip, instead of polished. easier to take care of in my opinion.

Try Ebay for both. I got my spoiler off of there for $36 shipped.

the 3 post OZ spoiler actually looks pretty decent on the 04+ ^yours looks sweet.

i would recommend that on an ES. If you put an Evo spoiler on an ES without a lip kit, it looks over the top and ricey

either get an oz spoiler, or get a lip kit & evo spoiler

+1 with crypto. You should persuade him to buy yours crypto. lol. He could just respray it black.

If you have to have an evo wing, get a lip kit also.

i think i might stick with the oz spoiler, as im not exactly rolling in money to get the full kit and then a spoiler on top of all that..

Yep thats the type I have as you can tell. Just a warning. Takes a bit of work to attach. I also didn't drill the holes for the middle post, in case I wanted something different later on.

Not really. You can go to ebay and get rims and tires for under $700. They are a decent set. I suggest going to the local store that sells import car magazines and thumb through all the wheel ads. Look at all the styles and choose the one you like best.

I bought a set of Motegi Racing wheels from a local dealer and I love them. They have alot of different stlyes for FWD. Check em out, or look around on ebay as was already stated.

My advice on rims.... go to the ghetto in your area and get them, everything is cheaper. I went to a shop in southeast San Diego, and 17" rims and 205/40 tires cost me under $600. The brands are obviously not top of the line, but I did my research and everyone only has good thing to say about these brands. If you want the brand names PM me.
