trunk removal

hey evom.net buddies.

does anybody know how to remove/install trunk?

im thinking of doing a trunk swap from GTS to a DE (want to go wingless)

Pretty sure it's something along the lines of "remove a few bolts, swap, tighten those bolts" and done. I can't check visually since I'm at work, but I'd bet if you pop it open, it'll be very easy.

yea just remove the bolts from the hinges, disconnect the ‘shocks’ and don’t forget to disconnect the wiring for the taillights/reverse light/third break light.

ya the trunk has shocks on both sides to keep it open so it doesnt slam down on you....
