I need help removing a pipe
I was wondering if anybody knew how to remove the pipe pictured below, it is circled in green. I'm not sure what the pipe is for (coolant pipe?), but I have a small leak on the right side (looking at the picture) of the pipe. I wanted to take it out to see if there was a broken gasket or seal. It would be awesome if someone could help me out.
I got this picture from TheShortBus' turbo build thread.

Thanks for the advice. I'll make sure to buy an O-ring first, but how exactly do I remove the housing, like what bolts do I take out and what part do I have to remove first. It looks a bit confusing on what has to come off in order for me to get to the pipe. Do I need to fully drain my coolant before removing the pipe? Pictures would be helpful.
