Turbo Removal Help.

So I need to check out the condition of the Hotside impeller but don't really want to remove the turbo, down pipe etc etc. is there any way to just removing the cold side and Hotside impeller together? Maybe removing the clamp in the middle?

remove intake, remove lower ic pipe, remove downpipe, remove oil drain line from turbo and pan, unbolt turbo from manifold and slide to the right. don't be lazy, you'll be sorry.

It's honestly easier to unbolt the down pipe and lines then remove the manifold turbo and o2 housing all together

It only takes about an 1.5 hours to remove the turbo if you know all the steps. If you have a Evo 8 turbo and it has a lot of miles it might be a good idea to remove the turbo and the 02 housing and replace all the gaskets. Exhaust leaks rob power.
