how does that thing stick? does that damage the part of the bumper or do you just drill a hole and screw that thing in?

where did you get that?

If you're not modded at all you may be able to get away with no front plate. But if you are I would just slap it on there (in any location). Better to not give anyone a reason to pull you over.

^ Ya like I did...lol as long as you cover up the holes drilled by the dealer you should be fine putting it on the side.. there's no law (that I know of) why you cant have it ascue even though common thought is it should be near the middle. There's tons of vehicles out there where the plate is located on the drivers side directly from the mfg.

Check you local laws about not having a front license plate, usually in most places you have to have one.

I drive from Maryland to Virginia and back everyday for work and have been pulled over for other things and have never had one of them ask about not having front tags. It's illegal in both states to not have a front plate but I haven't had a problem with it yet. *Knock on wood*

On a side note though I don't think, since I have MD plates, that a cop in VA could give me a ticket for not having a front plate on.

I think it might also depend on the cop because radar detectors are illegal in VA and the cop didn't say anything about it as it beeped while they were talking to me.
