No you can't. It comes from the factory like that. Because of the traction control, it takes way too much work to put it in now.

ooh ok... yeah. i figured that much too... mitsubishi f***** everything up by doing this.. they should have just offered it from day one. i have no traction control, and in new jersey there is rediculous amounts of ice and snow, and the car cant handle at all!!!

Not trying to be an a** or anything, but my lancer handles the snow and ice fine here in colorado and I dont have traction control.

I have an 09 GTS with the HID's. YOu have to get the Sun/Sound package and Navi/Tech package in order to get the Touring package. I will say that I am quite impressed with the HID's. They look good. I had an 08 Outlander XLS with HID's and I thought they looked crappy. Someone had requested cut off pics of the HID's so when I get a chance at night I'll get some night shots of them and post them.
