Trying to install PIAA 1400x fogs on 02 lancer

2 fogs are connected to the relay. From the relay there are four wires, 1 for main power, 1 for ground (both connected to battery) and 2 to the switch. From the switch there is an extra wire that requires me to connect to a switched power (+) using a supplied vampire clip.

They recommend parking lights, but since this is the Mrs. car I dont know where it is or where to begin.

Where is the best/easiest place to tap into a switched power (+) wire inside the cabin?
