so , i cant use it cause its illegal cause its expired ? would you still sell it to me cause id still use em but idk cause like you said , there expired

 

The expiry has nothing to do with legality, it has to do with safety. Harnesses are made using nylon webbing like climbing harnesses and rope, and like those items, they expire after a few years due to a breakdown in the nylon. Sure you could use them, but I think 160$ is worth your life. The chances of them failing is low (I've seen people test climbing rope that's decades past its expiration and they're fine) but if they do fail, you're screwed.
