Sure but remember, harnesses are a big no-no without rollover protection. At the track or autocross, you might be able to get away with it since the chance of a rollover is low but around town, you'll need a roll bar or something like that. If you want to be held in tighter, look at a CG Lock. Alternatively, go for Schroth harnesses since they have ASM technology.

As far as I know, the Schroth is the only DOT harness you can run on the street safely. It has a section that can expand and allow you to move forward in in a rollover.

I have this in my car. And I have used them on the track, AXing, and even the street (for a parade). Not to be used DD really.

Not that I know but soloracer.com does and they're easy to work with.

Not all Schroth are DOT, that 6pt is meant for a cage. The 4pt one is acceptable.

6-point harnesses are not compatible with the stock seats at all, you need specially designed seats or harnesses. For the stock seat, a 4-point is the highest you can go with properly.
I had these on my Lancer for a bit (like a day or two) before I took them off. I still have a harness sitting on a shelf somewhere which I'd sell you if it wasn't expired (or close to expired).

For my car, it's done and they're just doing the legal mumbo jumbo, I have no idea if they even plan on making one for the Lancer.

It's either a harness or a CG Lock, not both. The harness I have is expired, I bought it years ago used. I took it out because it was unnecessary for street driving.
