Okay so what is the CEL exactly? Is it a code for the iac or something different?

I would imagine there would be a code related to the tps as well if it was the culprit.
Try these solutions:
A vacuum leak
Leaking air intake after the throttle body
EGR valve leaking vacuum
A faulty positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) valve
Damaged/failed/dirty throttle body
Failed EVAP system

I'm getting this same code. i had my throttle cable kind of pinched in a weird way, positioned it differently and now its idling perfect. i also replaced the IACV and I dont think it was necessary because of the throttle cable being tweaked.
