drainign oil for extened outdoor storage?

yeah so im gonna be losing my liscence for 60 days. unfortuanatly i dont have a garage to store it in so im forced to just throw a cover over it and let it sit for two months. would it be a good idea to drain out all the oil in the pan and filter since its gonna be sitting for a long time and then just put new oil in it when i get my liscence back?

no need, every week or two just turn on the engine and let it idle for about 10-15 min.

I don't know if that's a good idea to begin with. Wouldn't an engine seize up without oil in it? I know it would take longer than 2 months but I would't feel comfortable even if it was for a week.
