hey guys, i just got my tsudo pzev cat back today and plan on installing it with my greddy ti-c sometime this weekend. it seems like a pretty easy system to install but there are no directions, so i have a couple of questions. 1- where are the disconnect harnesses for both o2 sensors. 2-the CEL fix that comes with the system has a nut on the threads where it screws into the exhaust system. does this get taken off or is it meant to be on there to act as some kind of spacer. 3-theres like 2 different kind of o-ring looking things, both are different sizes. where do these go? i suspect they probally go after the first cat where the system hooks up but im not sure on that. 4-has anyone that has the system installed had any issues with CEL. thanks in advanced for responses.

 

ok well i got the tsudo on today. and i must admit with the greddy it sounds nasty. not ricer like at all. around 3000 it screams. has a super deep tone to it. slight fitment isses with the heat shield next to the gas tank. not a big deal tho. im prolly just gonna bend the heat shield slightly so it doesnt rattle. anyone with questions about the setup feel free to as or pm me.

 

idk if u reused your gasket between the first cat and the exaust, but when i did it created a small leak that i could hear. after replacing the gasket a month later, i found that there was a leak there cuz there was carbon build up in one little spot. Do you still have the silencer in urs? I took mine out before ever turning it on to hear it lol

 

I didnt put on the tsudo axle back. I hooked the mid pipe up to my greddy ti-c which never had a silencer.

 

how loud is it

 

mine isnt that loud unless im going under an underpass. i would say my brothers magnaflow on his jetta is probably louder.
