Anyone ever flash a fed rom onto a pzev car and swap the exhaust to fed?

Bump... still wondering on this.
Someone gave me a full Fed spec Tsudo exhaust (I'd still have to get headers). I'm using the axle back but would like to bolt on the rest.
If I remove the first cat near the header (using FED headers), weld in a cat on the midpipe and flash to a fed rom would that disable the extra PZEV O2 without showing O2 not ready during inspection?
Visual inspection doesn't matter, I just need to avoid O2 not ready and I don't want to use a defouler.
