Unhappy help finding where this part belong to?

2002 lancer 0Z ,long story short mechanic fail to repair car on the time frame so i have to take the car back to my place now that i am putting all the pieces together i am stuck trying to find where this part belong to please any help picture diagram or place of where this my go will be really helpful thank you and have a great day

cylinder head(head already install )just this piece tha i dont know where belong to sorry i dont think tha was so much of help of my part receive the car with bolts and nuts and all the parts on a bag now triyng to figure out the puzzle. any ideas my help thank you

I know where it goes but it doesn't serve a purpose that I can see of.. Unless when removing the engine it's a attachment point? Regardless I think I removed mine I have a picture from when I installed the big 3 that was the block ground I used..

Yes that is a lift point for the engine when you remove it. I have pulled several lancer engines out.

Keep it in.. It's simple to put in if you have the bolt.. If you don't just keep the piece you never know! Better to have it then not :-)
