02-07 lancer wheel fitment & clearance (lowering)

02-07 lancer wheel fitment & clearance (lowering)
I have my coilovers for my lancer and I'm looking to get new rims either 16x8 et 20 or 17x8 et 20 and I know there's a couple of guys out there with slammed lancers so I was wondering how much of a clearance you guys have from the bumper to the ground on 17s or 16s I have a body kit & dont know if I'll have clearance with 16s . . . any words of advice will be helpful, no negative vibes
