Regular key vs the factory FAST key

So out of curiosity does anyone know if you can get a regular key for any Lancer with the FAST key? And if so how would that work?

My car came with 1 FAST key and one regular key.

The regular key automatically arms and disarms the factory alarm when it's manually inserted into the door and turned left and right.

To start the car, the ignition switch cover has to be removed, after which the regular key can be inserted and turned to start the car.

With FAST Key, instead of inserting and turning a key to start the engine, the driver simply presses the ignition knob on the steering column to release the lock, and then twists it to start the engine. Turning the knob rearward turns off the engine. The FAST Key system comes with two remote units, and up to four can be registered and programmed for the system. The remote houses an emergency key that can unlock and start the vehicle if the unit's battery runs down.
