the thing is a bought an evo x from the usa. once it got here, Im from south america, the car came without a key. so i bought one by my vin number. they sent it to me but the car does not recognize the key. I also came with the cutted regular key so i could open the car. The thing is that theres no mitsubishi dealer here. So how the hell do I program the key !

call the nearest dealer or call the dealer you bought it from.

Only a dealer can program the first and second remotes to the car. A 3rd & 4th can be added by anyone having the original two.

you can buy a MUTIII and reprogram yourself..

a friendly dealer would be best

edit - not sure about the metal key...
