I'm planning on buying the audi style headlights for my 2017 lancer. The new headlights come with the arrow LED DRL function and go to a single projector lens requiring an H7 Dual beam bulb. The stock housings are single beam -- 9006low and 9005high. I'm curious how I'm supposed to wire this for the high and low beam function for the new H7 bulb? Is there a type or splitter harness that I need to connect both the 9006 and 9005 to which then connects to the H7 bulb? Also my car is the SE LTD which comes with the led drls next to the fog lights, will I have to wire the headlight drls into the fog light drl to have the same function?

It's plug and play you don't need to worry about the wiring. Just that, if you have projector headlight, the AFS Function will useless anymore because Vland dont have AFS function. But nothing to worry about in the wiring and harness. If you want, I'm also reselling Vland products. You can PM me if you like.
