I got a ticket in VA about 3 months back, it was $96, but they don't make you get inspected to make sure you get it fixed. Of course most cops in VA are D****. I was on 95 in bumper to bumper traffic, doing about 25-30 and cop pulled me over
$43 for window tint (20%)
$43 for Tinted tails ( Defective equipment)
I seriously hate VA...
The ironic part is that I went to job fair when I got out of the USAF and applied for a job with Fairfax county pd and after I got the job that I have now they called me up wanting to come work for them. I told them how much I make (which isn't much to begin with...) and they were like "Well after about 3 years in you can make that much" I said not thank you to that.

There are ways to remove it, but it takes forever! I took it off my tails, I used a microfiber cloth and nail polish remover and A LOT of rubbing! Get a cloth, dip it in nail polish remover, and rub hard. Start from the end, and work your way slowly to the other side.
