Ok so I'm creating this how-to so that the community can avoid what happened to me--replacing working sensors/parts and wasting valuable time.
This guide will prevent you from wasting time, money, and your sanity.

Sticky worth it?

What you'll need:

1. Hand vacuum pump
2. Tee fitting
3. Hose plugs
4. some vacuum hoses (forgot the sizes since mine is plain black, no labels. Just go to autozone and show the old vacuum hoses to them)
5. and a good multitester

Just follow the images from the factory sevice manual and you're all set!!
















Turns out, my problem was not the egr valve, 4g93 intake manifold, solenoid (could also be my prob, by i didnt check it since i don't own a multitester), but the evo tb that i bought here in the forums.
The E vacuum port is blocked/clogged/deleted/****ed by the past user. Lesson, buy from a trusted seller or make sure it is stock. Mine was modded.
When I had the evo tb, i failed the egr port vacuum check. The gauge won't even reach 5 Hg and it will take at least 10 mins. for it to reach it!
