Help installing Lancer K&N Intake

Ok so today I was trying to install my after market intake. I took out my old intake and when I went to transfer the air mass sensor to my new intake . It won't come off the old intake . It's like the bolt rusted into the plastic and yes I tried WD40.

I tried to it out but that's not really working either . Please help .

Wd40 sucks. That's a lubricant. You need a penetrating oil, PB blaster.
