I finally made a video showing how to do the coolant bypass mod on the Lancer. These are the coolant lines that run through the throttle body and heat up the air going into the combustion chamber. Doing this mod will cool the air going into your engine and result in a SLIGHT increase in HP and fuel milage.

the reason these coolant lines are running through the throttle body in the first place is they act as a deicing agent in cold temps... historically this has not been an issue and thus I (and many others) have decided to do away with them. Proceed at your own risk
