Leaky Washer Nozzles?

Did a search and came up with nuthin.

Does anyone else have the problem of leaky windshield washer nozzles? I have ignored this problem for awhile.....and it now has reached the point of minor annoyance to me (especially just after I clean the car).

The only thing I found is that a couple of guys have Galant nozzles (why is that?)...nothing else. Anyone else have leaky nozzles?

Mine leaks every once in a great while. Just the passenger one. But it only leaks after I use it which isn't that often so I didn't worry about it.

Galant nozzles FTW!! One of the first mods I did They do a better job of covering the window when they spray, plus, they're all plastic, so they won't rust like the stock ones do (where the spray comes out).

I rock galant washer nozzles.. Legit they cost at most 10$ for 2004 versions. Go for it, just order it from the dealership, they're so inexpensive and well worth it.

Also i don't have any leak problems or any problems with the sprayers spraying on teh highway, it only pushes the spray lower on the windsheild but still covers at least 200% more area than the stock ones do.

I had this problem. Under braking the fluid would just gush out and pool in the hood vent. It would also leave nice looking blue stains when it dried.

The solution is easy and cheap. There is a check valve designed to keep this from happening just before the sprayer. I would recommend buying 2

It costs about $1.85. described as "Joint, Windshield Washer" part # MR388278

If you look on page 3, I mention that it could be a siphon issue. I haven't tested it yet. I'll try the windshield washer "joint" thing too. I can't remember if I removed anything like that when I installed my Galant nozzles.
