i read a website that said EVO 2 exhaust will fit the 2004 lancer es but it also said (2004 2 inches longer) so from wat i've seen here, it appears that the exhaust is 2 inches longer than the stock right?

I wasn't sure whether the car was 2 inches longer than the exhaust or whether the exhaust was 2 inches longer than the car.

I have the Evo 2 exhaust on my car and it sticks out from my bumper about 2 inches just wondering if this is normal with this one... i do plan on modifying it so i don't look like i am trying to fly to the moon anymore

Hi im kinda new to these forum and I as well have a RA Lancer 2004, im 17 so I dont have much of income but I just got paid some money. I want to burn my brothers eclipse nastier then before so im looking up exhausts. So far from what i've read is that this evo 2(thats the exhausts name right?) fits the 2004 RA but that it sticks out 2 inches, does that mean that the stock RA bumper will have to be changed or cut? And what about the hangers whats the deal with that? I don't want to buy something that wont fit my car.. nor does anyone else but if its sold plz inform me. I would still like to have this info if anyone can help.. thank you. And sorry I have so many questions. oh and by the way my car is automatic i dont know if that has anything to do with it, does it?
