RD-D's SUB FRIENDLY Rear Strut Brace

Ralli///Art owners With SUB BOXES!

I am offering this rear strut tower brace at an introductory price of $89 shipped to the lower 48 states. Canadian and international buyers would have to make up the difference in shipping.

**This will not fit with Sun and Sound package**

You have a choice between red or black. Silver or Blue add $5.

These are designed for the 02+ OZ and the 04+ RalliArt. These will also fit the ES and LS models.

This strut tower bar stiffens up the rear end and improves handling. This does not replace any factory equipment, it is a supplemental piece. The top of the bar sits @2" or less off the floor. This bar should allow you to have a sub and a bar!

Paypal is preferred, but money orders are acceptable.

If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact me at any time.

Thanks!

Rob

I would need someone with the S&S package to let me take apart their car to see how its put together.

You would have a lot of buyers if you could figure out how to get a rear brace function with the s&s enclosure. Myself included!

I would be on whoever's list that can come up with one that fits the S&S package first.

I'd also like one that works with the factory sub.

Anyone that is near enough to Portland Oregon that wants this done needs to bring their car to my place and let me test fit on it. The person that does that will get theirs for free, installed for free.

PM me if you are interested.

Thanks for the interest guys.

If nobody can bring their car to you, can I send you some measurements, and pictures?

EDIT: Tomorrow morning, if I wake up in time, I can go out and take some pics, and see if maybe I can set the sub up on some spacers so it's off the floor a little. I looked at it today, and there's NO room under it as it sits from the factory. If I could get it up off the floor a couple inches, I could probably just use your regular sub-friendly brace.

Well, it won't be as simple as making a couple blocks to go under the lower mounts. The upper mounting bracket would hit the rear deck if I raised it up more than 1" or so, and the plastic bracket that holds the wiring connector would need to be trimmed off, too. Looks like I'll have to make a shorter upper bracket.

I built a prototype S&S bar this weekend. I need to send it out to get test fit.

If it works out well, I will post them up for sale.

Thanks for your interest and input.

I Just got a rear stabalizer bar put in my car from RDD (PDXRalliart) and I am very pleased with it. Not only does it look great but it reduced body flex in my Evo by a ton. So much so that my girlfriend who knows nothing about cars noticed a significant difference. I've seen his shop and the parts he has and I can assure you he uses very good quality materials and he's a guy that will back his stuff I give him two thumbs up for good service and parts.
