I like the way the cars finish feels when I'm all done after I use that stuff. I just did the whole car tonight and finished about an hour ago. I can't really drive it right now since the engine is apart and the car was dirty so I figured I could at least make it look good while its sitting there.

I prefer to hand wash, clay, polish and wax my car. Nothing beats spending a couple hours outside on a warm day with some beers just cleaning the car. I use Meguiars stuff, its pretty good, if want the best of the best I've heard Zanno or whatever it is to be the highest quality, and most expensive stuff. It usually takes me like 3 hours or so to do everything, wash, clay, polish, wax and clean out the interior.

Go to http://autopia-carcare.com/ and look at their description. Basically its how to make the car have that glass type finish.

clay removes surface contaminents such as oxidation, pollution, bird poopoo, etc etc. just make sure you use ALOT of detailing spray to thoroughly lube the sucker.

a few times a year i suggest you use meguiars 3 step paint cleaning system. basically it consists of a paint cleaner, then polish, and finally wax to protect. nothing quite like it
