Where would i get them painted, at a car dealership or at any old place like Lowes or Home Depot?

I just want to make sure, the exact name of the tape i need is called "3M outdoor adheasive"? Is there any specific brand or anything. Then all i do is just stick it on, nothing more? Basically its a piece of fiber glass i pop right on top of the headlight?

Lowes doesn't paint, they sell house paint. You need to take the eyelids to a professional car paint shop. Tell them the paint code and have them spray the paint. You could paint it yourself. You can get color matched spray paint that matches your car paint here. Do a couple shots of this and some clear coat and your good.

Yes that will work from what I understand.

Clean the headlight first then put it on. All the eyelids do is "make the car look more agressive." I think they make the car look like it's about to sneeze, which I think is a pretty cool look if you think about it.

No offence but if you honestly think that Lowes or Home Depot will paint your eyelids for you then your best bet is to just find an auto body shop and have them take care of everything (paint and install). If you think you can handle it then buy the pre painted ones from Accolade and clean your headlights properly. Wash them and then use a clean rag with some rubbing alcohol on it wait till it dries and put the eyelids on.

Again not to be a dink, but it really isn't rocket science.

haha i personally dont like eyelids, they just dont really match with the car because that gap between the hood and the side body stops at the middle of the eyelid, which looks really weird....... but i have to agree that the headlights on our 04's are uuuuuuugly. I think that the headlights on 02/03 lancers are pretty nice but the grill is weird and the whole car is kinda boxy. However, our 04's are round but have this uuuugly headlights in the front.... so the best combination would be the 02/03 headlights on 04's body. just my opinion
