My current plans: pics and info avail!

so i am working this summer and plan to make a little bread, my tax return has paid my car payment for the next couple months so as a student now i am limited as to what i can do.

anyway, here goes:

Brakes/Suspension

drilled rotors/ new brake pads, and new calipers

look a little better and should help w/ the stopping

also making the list is our evom craftsmen, voicing support is 1 thing but i do plan to order from them as well

first of course is going to be PDX Strutbars

kinda want what phantom got but blue, not purple and have silver flakes in it or electric blue like the rare evo color

so sexy and possibly the best quality

Exterior

not much in this department

windows tinted
replacing the stock grill, lets face it, its uglier than wsb, even after 4 drinks (believe me, i know)

not sure which i am going to get

i thought of Accolade since they got the deal at 95 bucks which is a good price but after reading so many horror stories i am probably going to buy the from RRM

Accolade

RRM

the last exterior item i am considering is blacking out my head lights, i read the how-to on doing it yourself but there is just something i don't feel good about putting car parts in the oven, even if it is 5 minutes

i contacted EvoDave about the lights since he is more than a Pro at it and i would be supporting our craftsmen and thats a good thing!

Engine

cold air intake

and maybe moving the battery to the trunk

I.C.E.

muhaha, everybody's favorite

new alpine HU, not sure which but something
got a new 12 rockford and been debating how to install it

just a box or custom setup

a lot is on the drawing board, we'll see what happens

anyway, this is as it is, we'll see, after i get these things done there are some other small projects on the board but they will require more $ but just to keep everyone posted where it is going

In regards to the grill, I'm going to make a tiny suggestion if you don't mind.

Bend the mesh so it is lined up with the front of the grill. I personally think that grill looks hanous with the mesh just thrown in there. Take the extra 5 minutes and make it look clean and nice. Your car is woth it.

Looks like you got a great start to some good mods there.

RRM grill all the way, unless they have changed in the last year. A friend of mine got an accolade grill and there where no mounting holes or hardware. Just my .02

thank you, yeah i've heard a lot of horror stories and i work in product industry as well and kissing the customers *** and making sure they are 100% satisfied, i know they have good products but not taking care of past customers is not acceptable

but i've also heard in the last year they have improved, we'll see

Nice goodies lined up for you Centry.
My opinion...depending on which route you are going depends on what grill you should get. If you're gonna get a bodykit down the road, RRM evo style grill is the best. Obviously this excludes evo 7/8 front end conversions. But if you were gonna go the clean route, a Ralliart grill would look so much hotter, IMHO.

About the black headlights...you should let someone else do the dirty work. You wanna wait about a week bro? I'm gonna black out my stock headlights cuz i'm replacing with them with the JDM Cedias. So that way you can just get em already blacked out, plug-n-play, without risking/messin with ur stock lights.

Also, forget about I.C.E. man..hehe. Save up that money and make your ride breathe better. Catback exhaust or headers or both. RPW headers would be nice .

i do want an exhaust and some other goodies but it has to wait til mid summer b/c of having no $

i dont think those calipers are for our cars... i think he just posted up that pic to show how the different rotors will look. As far as i know there are no better calipers out there unless you buy a big brake kit.
