just sand that crap off... get it really good! 200 - 400 grit will do best. dry sand then wet sand the bejezus out of it
the paint i used.
White primer... makes the color POP! (can't u see??)
Krylon Plastic paint. (color of your choice)
Tripple Clear Coat! (1 spray of this stuff ='s 3 sprays of regular clear coat) i sprayed this stuff like 3 times... so i got like 9 coats of clear on lolol looks so bangin though.... get it at walmart! my pieces look like they're dipped in wax... but frikkin
dust clings easy to this stuff

i did my doors.. and they turned out great.
peal the fabric off... sand down the glue stuff on the back and then spray it with krylon. it will give it an awesome fiberglass look. its all good

just got done painting my A-pillars this weekend (and front badge too https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...26#post1927726). they're still sitting in my house getting fully "chip resistant" but heres a few pictures. They were taken in a dark garage with a flash, so they make them look SOOOO shiny, but they're not that bad. If they're too shiny after I throw them in the car, I'll go back and throw a coat of flat black on there.
Right before I washed them with Joy soap and rubbed them down with rubbing alcohol

The only non-flash garage door open picture

After 3-4 coats

Where I painted them

what do you guys think? And I'm thinking about doing the b and c pillars as well, but just wanted to do these first to see how they came out.

Looks good! Are you going to change the headliner to black as well? That would look sweet. I knwo a couple of people have used fabric spray paint and some have just glued black fabric over it. Anyway, I say paint your other pillars as well
gonna see how these look, then if i do the b and c pillars, i might give the headliner a shot. not sure if i'd wanna paint it, might dust off if touched, or glue something on it (did that in an old car and it started coming down soon after, tx heat is a biznatch)
just finished and installed... heres the pictures of the a-pillars in the car. kinda a crappy day outside so they're not the best pictures.
the pillars came out pretty shiny so i'm thinkin about goin back and re-painting them with flat black. i used krylon fuzion the first time, no sanding, no primer, just really cleaned them well. anyone know if krylon fuzion makes a flat black? I might just go grab any old can of flat and start painting... anyways heres the pics. and click the links to see full sized versions.

looks good mane! semi flat black is the closest to oem. add a mild shot of clear coat to it afterwards. but there is this paint at autozone it comes in a green spray can... it's oem black paint... i used it on my center console and it really does look oem!
