I'm Taiwanese too! I'm just visiting Taiwan right now for the summer, saw the road full of Lancer!!! Everywhere you turn, there's a Lancer. Most of their looks are destroyed by Taiwanese who has no taste though.... But yours looks pretty clean and nice. I like the Taiwanese Lancer except for the location of the rear license plate. I like it on the bumper.

 

if anyone is fooled by a look-a-like kit by making a Lancer look like an Evo, then obviously people don't know jack about what a real Evo looks like. I'm pretty sure most of us on these forums can tell the diff between a Lancer with a body kit, and a real Evo. Perhaps chris just wants the look of an Evo VIII as to not spending hella money, which he prolly doesn't have in the first place on a real Evo.

 

I couldn't have said it better myself. I've actually had people come up to me and ask me if my car is an evolution, and i'm like...uhhh LOOK at the taillights, look at the "fake wheels' i have, look at the interior...hell, look at the car..its not as wide....some ppl are just dumb? But yeah, I just want the look and style of an Evo. i dont have $35,000 lying around.

 

so where in Taiwan can you get this body kit? assuming money was no option

 

also, some countries (cough*cough Canada cough*cough) won't allow Evos to be registered and driven

 

its unique and something no one else has. way to compliment originality guys, your the kind of people i want on the boards

You guys are ignorant. Not every person out there are as infactuated with the Lancer or Evo whatever your taste or price range. No they are not all dumb its just that some of those people may not be able to tell the difference outside the name of the car. Alot of times people hear Lancer and they think "Lancer Evolution" so chill out give this guy props or tell him its not your taste but dont bash the guy..... Thanks, Jotun

This guy is right! Cuz untill last year i could never tell a WRX with a big wing from an STI (i like the WRX headlights better blacked out JDM) so i can imagine what the common person would think about a lancer. so dont bash people!

chris why dont u jump on an evo 9 body kit? its gonna be the next thing that people drool over. if u can do it, its a good idea to save for a kit now
