honestly, we weren't bashing on anybody. somebody said chris was desperate to fool ppl into thinking his ES was an Evo, and all we were saying is that anybody who knows anything about Lancer's and Evo's should obviously be able to tell, I mean, it prolly won't come to you right away, but you'll start to notice some differences. Honestly, I think the kit looks pretty decent. Did we say anything about, "oh, yer a wannabe, why don't you just get a real Evo?", I simply stated most guys, like myself, can't really afford an Evo alone, cause ****, if I were able to afford one, I would have gotten an Evo, but sadly, I'm no rich kid, boo hoo. But that doesn't mean peeps can't have the look of an Evo right?

damn i wish i kept the email, this was RIGHT when they first came out with it, and it wasn't even on their webpage yet i dont think, i think he said something like $700 or something for the front bumper and hood. but maybe that jerk off misread and though i meant for the whole kit? who knows...

 

damn, 700 just for the front bumper and hood.....was the hood cf?....cause thats hella, might as well just bought the whole kit if it was that much.....but yah, I just re-read the thread and they were offering it for 950 actually for the whole kit. I forgot if it was gonna come with spoiler and hood, but the price was 950.

May sound pretty expensive, but it was limited edition, and I can't complain about the price cause thats how much the RRM kit for 04-05 Lancers is, which I might like to add, is making me more broke every month....lol

 

feeling the rear with lights but the front just doesnt do it for me,like them tail lights.i think the 02 lancer lends itself to a more square tough kit than a rounded one.damn i really want that fender kit accolade was making for widebody a while back.

 

i just want the front bumper. i just want ppl to be soooo confused when they see my lancer in their rear view.lol.

 

agreed man....im sick of my car looking like every other lancer.....its the worst when a soccer mom pulls up next to me with the same car minus the kit and engine mods.....i want to have something a little different on my car.... feel me?

i emailed accolade and told them i want the evo 8 kit for an 02 lancer and everything and they emailed me back saying i would need to do a few things to get the hood on and whatnot and i was almost aboout to buy it but then i decided to ask for more pics of it and i sent them the ones i had of this guys lancer just to make sure it was what i was ordering and they emailed me back saying that they dont make them for 02-03 lancers even this one clearly is on one.....the headlights are a dead giveaway.......i really wanted it too
