Probably fabric paint.
I used it for my panels on the doors where the cloth is but it's started to wear off. I would use it on the headliner since no one every touches the headliner.

I might do this this weekend. Not sure how good it will look since I have the blue ES interior, but for some reason I am thinking it would look good. We'll see huh?

I think it looks awesome as well. I mean, why did they make everything else in the OZ black except for what's above the shoulders?
