Question side mirror question

has anyone bought a set of m3 or other style mirrors and have them painted to match car? i looked but couldnt find anything like this, and has anyone had their stock grill painted to match car, but exclude the diamond so it stands out? and another question. has anyone powder coated stock alloy's? oz style or other? i am thinking about doing these. yah, im strapped for cash. such as this https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/sh...d.php?t=138536. i am cheap. and if i powder coat the rims, i will get the diamond in red. but if i paint the rims, i will also go with another style of tire, so it doesnt look dumb. give me some advice or flame, but i need to figure if this will look ok enough to ride around with it done.

ahh, i called a local company today on pricing, some redneck guys, but their pro, $300. kinda steep on my wallet, due to the fact they have to be tireless, but i do need new tires. i am thinking on some low profiles or something, paint my rims, and lower the car. but now im not sure. i just dont know if it will look right. any comments on the grill idea? or any info on m3 or different stlye side mirrors? has anyone bought them and have them work, hahah

I have a buddy that can powdercoat here for 1/2 as much. Around $150. I've also painted my grill, but I didn't leave the diamond - painted that too. Try searching in the registry for these things, you may find some nice pics.

wow, crap, i didnt know it came off. but yeah, i guess ill do that. but i think ill get it painted to match the car. i am gonna call a local customs shop to get a quote or something, shouldnt be to much. but i guess ill go with a silver diamond and silver gills. and when i get some money, im going to heat paint my heat shield and valve cover, doing a custom mitsu diamond on the heatshield, and going to highlight the writting on the valve cover, and maybe some more diamonds or something. ive seen some good pics of these mods.
