ur right tho, the makers from accolade are members here, i think one of them is called Diran, and the other is the guy who posted the info about the HPP plastic.

man, but i really like the zenon/kenstyle kit.
if it was made of thicker fiberglass or polyurethane, and if payment can be done via credit card instead of wiring, i'd probably get it.

Making Matters Correct

1 ) NOTE ABK Kits on the First Order which was sent to the USA was Indeed very thin as this was requested by Sharkracing due to a previous Order Which was TOO HEAVY.

2) SWIFT IN FACT YOU HAD GOT ONE OF THESE KITS.

3) SHARKRACING BUY ALL THE KITS FROM US.

4) THE NEW APEX BUMPER DOES NOT HAVE THE FRONT BAR TO BE REMOVED TO THE AS IT HAS BEEN DESIGNED SPECIALLY FOR THE US MARKET.

5) to see how we manufacture from HPP plastics Pls see http://www.body-kit.com/hpp.html

6) All the kits we ship to USA are VERY STRONG.

7 ) We will be Moving to USA in MAY to sell directly to sell US Customers.

These are the boxes we ship kits on

On the above picture is the Apex new Bumper which is sold to USA. But if you need the old bumper you can always order from us. But the Old bumper will not be sold by anyone else. It will only sold by us. But pls specify

These are the boxes we ship the kits on. In fact we have very small margins from the kit itself. Sometimes we run on Losses. But we have taken a descion to provide customers kits on even on cost basis.

All the boxes to USA.

Why We Sell low

In fact so low to promotes our company and to compete with

Other companies in USA. We are half way around the world in country called Sri Lanka and for us to be competitive we have to do our best in every avenue. Most of the Forums members do not understand the sales we do . some times we lowers prices within one hour and then increase it on the next because we cannot handle the demand.

Attached here are stocks of GT kits in HPP platiscs ready to be Shipped to USA & Canada,

well then that explains my bad experience with your kit. but i must admit, your HPP plastic kits seem very durable . . . http://www.body-kit.com/hpp.html . . . like i said before, if you get a kit from ABK, make sure its manufactured with HPP material.

It's good to see they are trying to improve their products, and most important, their service.

i can't say ABK product is bad cuz i haven't actually felt it, but i also can't say that HPP plastic is strong quality.

i'll still be a polyurethane guy, its light, its VERY flexible (when i ordered my kit for my civic from www.tsunamistyle.com, the rear bumper was actually folded in half to fit in box, and it formed back out).

personally, i wouldn't buy anything other than polyurethane, cuz its strong, u can bend it more than 90degrees, and its like a very rigid rubber plastic.

from all the fiberglass and urethane i've seen my friends buy for their cars, i found out that polyurethane is the best.

I have yet to find out about the HPP plastic, but the pictures seem to show the kits are very thin....

but then again, who the the hell am i to judge something that i've never acutally seen and felt from up close and personal.

i think i'll just wait til lancer kits go mainstream and get a polyurethane made in the good ol' USA.

hopefully VIS (Racing), Tsunami or GroundEffects2000 will release something.

by the way, i'm not saying the kit ABK makes are bad. it just looks abit thin to me. i give u guys all the credit for being the first one to actually make kits for US/CANADA.

just when the hell is the local manufacturers going to make the damn lancer kits, i can't wait much longer!!!

hehehe, for now i guess i'll wait for ppl to make their car, learn from their mistakes and make it 10 times better.

My kit is pretty thin but it is EXTREMLY light my WHOLE kit was lighter than my friends front bumper for his Mazda 626 made of plastic. I am not going to lie I drive like a grandmother on back roads to avoid potholes but I live in a pretty good area and dont have to worry about that most the time I have bottomed out a few times in the past few weeks and the kit has stood up to it really well. Like I said if Dinan and the Accolade group can fix my spoiler problem I will be extremly happy with the kit. Everyone that see's it loves it and is very impressed by the car it has an awsome fit and look.

In quebec even if you drive like two grandmothers (this means even more careful tahn a grandmother), you'll still get HUGE potholes.

In quebec we have the worst road quality in US/Canada and it sucks.

The only worst place tan Quebec I know is Costa Rica
