just wanted to ask a quick question for the people that have it or know what it looks like in real life. i'm in toronto and its sort of illegal to have different color reverse or turn signal lights. so i just wanted to know what you guys did to solve this problem. thanks.

Dude you should have searched on this...There's been a ton a threads on this.Anyway the way it works is that the harness that comes with it uses the spot where you would think the turn signal as the reverse lights(Basically the only clear place on the light)

 

my evo 7 taillights should be comeing in today so when i get them and put the in i will take some pics for you and let you know how the lights work but im pretty sure they work the same as the stock tails

so the reverse and turn signals are in the same clear area? or is one of them in the red area?

 

And asfar as leaking and fogging I haven't had any problems and it has rained pretty bad around here a few times since I have had them. Figured I'd throw that in even though you didn't ask.

^ My depo lights the turn signal is the red lights next to the clear lights.My reverse is in the clear area(if that makes sense)

 

^so basically he switched the location of the reverse lights and the signal lights...

 

Who swicthed the location of the reverse lights?

 

deeznuts I guess... cuz isn't on stock lights the reverse lights are on the furthest bottom closest to the trunk location, which is now red...
and the signal lights are the furthest bottom on the outer side of the lights...

ok ya i got what you mean. im not sure if he did anything but i just went and dubble checked mine and they are reversed. The turn signal is in the red area closest to the trunk and the reverse is in the clear area. just like Deeznuts said
