how much did it cost total (kit+shipping+install) cause i was looking at gettin the kit to, but not if its gonna cost over a total of 3g's

 

Dude I got mine installed for 250 dollars and the paint job is going to cost 1300 and thats for a complete new paint job they are painting it yellow with a metallic flake in it. They have to paint the whole car pull my engine out to paint the engine bay PLUS paint my door jams. So 3000 for install and stock paint you got extremly ripped off. I mean Im not saying be an *** about it but I would go talk to the guy mayb he made a mistake when he charged you and he will credit your account. ESPECIALLY if he said that it wouldnt go over 2000 which it shouldnt for a same color paintjob. And if he ment to charge you 3000 then find out exactly what it was that made the price inflate 1000 dollars.

 

Where in NJ did you get your paint job done. I'm going have my body kit painted and installed soon. I think my friend will hook me up with a deal. He estimates the cost for a spoiler and body kit to be installed and painted will be around $600.

 

dont wanna make u feel bad man.........but with that price, u coulda gotten urself a whole body custom paintjob and then some.....

atleast we can say we learnt from your mistake.......

Sir Thanks for Commeding our Our Body Kits. Sir But I feel that you have wasted lot of Money On Installation/and Painting.


You can install it buy your self. But you need lot timw to taken if it is your first kit. Never hurry, Think well.

But you need to have tool like drill machine . and some 10 and 12 size spanners.

Sir Pls try to post pictures of the kit sir.

Once we move to USA we will be trying to do installations free of Charge for our customer and it takes only 2 hrs to fit the kit for a Proffesional Body Shop.

Pls do be carefull when you leave the car at the Body Shop.

All ways be present so that you know what it would be like to install a kit. Our guys only takes 1 and half hrs to install the kit on lancer.

This time includes removing the Stock front bumper and rear bumper hood .

So sir pls post pics of your kit.

would like to see how nice it is.

I think you got ripped my cost for kaminari install paint and kit only cost me about a grand total (so basiclly 300 for install and paint by a major body shop)

 

It took my freinds 5 hours to put my kit on and take my old one off and they know what they are doing I tried getting my front bumper on and it wouldnt go on that well so I let tehm do it. I dunno if I would go as far as to tell people to do it themselves but as far as people saying how bad accolades fiberglass is I have bottomed out like 5 times really bad and it hasnt broken or cracked yet so I have no complaints plus the guys at my shop said how good it fit and easy it was to work with they said it was much easier than a Civic.

 

I am so gratefull for all of you who are writing comments about us even if it is bad or good because it makes us strong. As far as that installation price goes... Who just goes into a bodyshop asking for a job like this and flat out gives them a credit card w/o asking for an Estimate??? I mean, when they can charge whatever they want... They will.. There in the business for money... If you asked for an estimate... they wouldn't dare tell you $3000. You gotta think about that **** bro, unless you have more money than you know what to spend it on... I know i'm tryin to get every hundred i can to buy more parts.. ANYWAY.. that is sick that you got the apex on perfect and its not a cheap kit.. I would kill for that.. Props
