Gunmetal on pearl blue lancer?

 

Better GUNMETAL. I jsut bid on them rims

 

Try to get at least in the range of Silver or White. IMO Gunmetal and Pearl Blue doesn't match.

 

IMO also I prefer silver on blue car..

SOme here in their profiles have gunmetal on blue, you can decide for yourself.

What would kick is blue powdercoated with polished lip as on the RSX in the other thread

Once again, to save you from any humiliation please don't put gun metal or graphite rims on you pearl blue car

Go with lighter rims on your blue car to help it stand out more. darker rims will just make it look dull...might as will put some spare tires on your car.

How about this, there is something a little lighter than the graphite.
Konig makes the absolutes in OPAL
check it out...... the color is SICK
and I would think they would look nice on your car...

im kinda feelin the opaL color.. but xtecronx74, when u order those rims, do you know if they come with tires or no? bcoz $702 is pretty cheap for a set of four 17" rims

 

Well I ordered my through discount tires. I ordered the konig absolutes in graphite wrapped around with YOKOHAMA tires. with tires and all I walked out of there spending close to 1300 maybe there are better deals out there now??
Those OPAL ones are sick...so if I had a blue lancer....I would definitely go with the OPALS!!!

 

I really like that platinum color. I might just have to get those to make my car stand out a little bit more. I should have gotten the phoenix red instead of black, but too late now. Plus then cops don't notice you as much.

To stay on topic, I agree to going with the lighter wheel color. White might not be the best choice, but a nice silver would look decent. If you want to go the WRX way, get some bronze, but I don't know how that will look on the pearl blue.

my rims where chrome but i airbrushed my rims gun metal, really phat!
