Sorry guys for posting this very late. have been so busy with developing so many parts for other cars, but have not forgotten lancer community still,
This is the Evo 9 Diffuser type bumper for the lancer 2002-2003 version
Now availble as a option. No difference in price. you can add this to TS and Extreme kit orders.

there is a pic of one installed floating around here, search for evo 9 type and you will probably find it. What is a ballpark price if you bought the bumper by itself? if you ever get a pic of it installed on a lancer and painted you should post it for sure.

I think the hole is for if you slide into a ditch they can hook it up 2 the latch thing...pull you out...
