What should be my next step?

Honestly, my care is pretty bare, just the window tint and headlights, nothing serious at all. I know i am getting intake for it soon.

What should be my next step, nothing too extreme or expensive.

Well, first, I'd get that thing closer to the ground. springs or coilovers, get 'em.
then maybe look at an exhaust, iirc RRM is still selling the Greddy Evo2 muffler for dirt cheap, that plus ~$125 of custom tube work and you've got an excellent exhaust.
Or maybe some wheels....

It's really up to you and where you want to take it.

oh man! The good ole days of being stock! I remember so long ago when my cay looked exactly the same! I had my 18s on though! Nothing is really cheap these days though man! I mean unless you have a good job, but then you'd prolly have an EVO right? LOL. I mean even a SRI will cost you atleast $150 unless you can get lucky in the for sale section or ebay!I would say if you are getting an intake then you should get an exhaust to compliment it. I'm sure someone's told you about the "quick in, quick out" theory! Magnaflow has a great one. You can prolly get the best price at PerformancePeddler.com . I got mine from there and had it in my hands on the third day! Nice deep tone without the rice cooker sound! Despite what some civic owners may say, Potato Cannons should never be used for exhausts on a car. LOL! Well hope you figure out what you wanna do other than that! I would definitely try and go ahead and swap out spark plugs and wires to NGK and magnacore, respectively, ASAP if you have not already done so. Another idea is a red top Optima battery.

Also, how do you think you'd like the look of your headlights being blacked out? You're definately on the right path so far. Get a drop like the other guys said.

There still might be a used RMR heat shielded intake available on this site. It's the best sri, and I have one... I believe it was under $100.

Well, i used to have an 04 Lancer, but some moron doesnt know how to drive and ended up sending me to the hospital, and with the returned money i ended up getting this.

In the 04, i like the look of blacked out headlights, but on the 03 im not too sure, they look pretty nice but i have considered blacking them out, i like the whole crystal look they have now versus the 04 model. Im definately interested in blacking out my tail lights, but im also debating if that looks tacky or not. I had the shop that did my windows offer to do my tail lights for $25, but he told me upfront he doesnt know how long it will stick on there because they have to tint the outside.

Now how much would the pricing be for a grill like this one? Im not sure if this is custom or not, i know its someone's here on the site, so sorry if you dont want your picture up. Just had to find an example.

What would the pricing be for a grill just like this one, with the Mitsubishi symbol? Also, id like to get it painted black if thats possible.
