Where Did I Go Wrong........

alright well i wanted to switch my turning signal to a constant light and the corner to a turning signal. i read the thread on how to do it. by the way i have and 03 ES. i just flip flopped the wires coming out of both lights and re connected them. so the turning signal is now constant = good. but my corners do no blink when i signal and for some reason the clicking noise when you signal has sped up and they blink much faster.

how the heck do i fix this please help thanks

If i remember correctly isn't the corner marker(the one that lights up stock) connected to another light on your headlight assembly? Might wanna check on that...I can't see any other reason why it would blink faster. When you change blinker bulbs to LEDs i know it causes them to blink faster because of the lower resistance the LEDs have. The power travels thru at a higher rate and the relay sees this and adjusts accordingly... But since you just flipped the wires it shouldn't have any problem. Well check the thing i mentioned above and let us know whats up.

not 100% sure but i think when the lights start blinking faster it means they are going to burn out...

Mine did that today after I messed with the turn signal. I didn't switch the turn signal and parking light but the problem was the connection between the bulb and socket. After I pushed the bulb down again it worked properly. This is partially due to using 1156 bulbs instead of using 7507 bulbs.
