wow..... there's got to be local people that will help you out. I almost feel like driving over to kill that beast. Chrome trim, blue wipers, windshield decal, spider webs, .......... my brain hurts. I wish you the best of luck though and see if you can find out who owned it before you. We need to set him straight before he hurts another innocent car!
