Well last night I was driving down Beech St. in Holyoke, MA on my way home from work. Driving by the apartments where all the retards stand around on the corner. All the sudden not even 10 feet in front of me something comes out into the road. At this point in time I have absolutely no time to stop and no room to avoid, so CRACK. All I can think is "WTF?!?" So as soon as I can I pull over and get out to see what happened. I look back and see a man screaming in the road. So I grab my cell and hit 911 as quick as I can. Then I walk around to the front of my baby and almost burst into tears.... My front bumper which has been on less than 6 months is now cracked in half and hood is bent slightly, as well as a slight pulling to the left. I go back to see what I hit and all I see is a little weiner dog laying in the street.
I apologize for the accident and the guy says 30 times it isn't my fault because his son let go of the dog's leash and he knows there is nothing I could have done. Now the police arrive and the man tells them it's not my fault, all three officers agree and write down his quote. Then the ****ing son of a ***** finds out what he did to my car and says "Well he was probably speeding!!" At this point I ****ing lose it, already pissed about my **** being ****ed up, now Captain Dip**** is trying to blame the **** on me!!! And then he asks me if I can drive him to a ****ing vet!!! I wanted to kill this mother ****er!. So the officers seeing that I'm heated quickly get the guys info and get him the **** away from me. So the officers explain that it wasn't my fault and that my insurance will cover it, but the odds of me recovering my deductible are slim to none, based on the stupid ****er appearance! The moral of the story, I ****ING HATE PEOPLE!!!!!

As far as the dog goes, I hope it's ****ing dead!!!, but I wish I had just hit that stupid mother ****ing punkass instead.

To give everyone a brief idea, I'm attaching a pic of my front end, now just imagine a bent hood and a front spoiler that is cracked in two pieces right down the middle.

Well picture doing 30 mph over a dog, it smacked the bumper pushing it up into the hood causing the slight bend. I really hope none of you guys/girls ever have to deal with this ****. It's seriously ****ing retarded.

 

The only other option I can think of on how to recover your deductible is to take the guy who owned the dog to small claims court for it. Sorry to hear about it, best of luck to ya.

 

ya your insurance can force a claim on his policy if i remember right for stuff like that and then he has 2 pay the deductable not you or take 2 court and demand pain and suffering for having 2 fix it or wait 6months for a new one and what not....
