That is a JDM Ralliart Cedia front bumper... and I'm probably the first one to flaunt that bumper stateside.

wow.. thats real nice... so technically you could rock the oem foglights as well. Thats one clean lookin bumper. looks stock but more sporty then our oem. where do I get one? lol
