Arrow What Do You Think?

or people:

Accolade Body Kits for the US Lancer OZ Rally? I've noticed our sales in them have dropped in the past couple months. Personally I don't use them, but what do you think?

Customer service and product quality goes a long way. And Accolade has fallen pitifully short in both.

theres my vote. Thats just from being a spectator and a listener. there are Very few Sucessful cases documented on this forum.. the kits, LOOK nice, but they need to BOLT on.. who cares about good prices if it costs a fortune to put in on

I think the consensous is that Accolade makes some beautiful body kits. I also believe the following is true when it comes to accolade:

1. Reputation has been burned due to horrific customer service
2. Fluctuating prices without reason cause consumer curiosity
3. Late delivery times (several months?) to customers.
4. "Fitment" issues. We expect a body kit made a designed for a US lancer to fit without needing several thousand dollars or modifications. "Bolt-on" should be JUST that. No mods required.
5. Quality of manufacturing. People have reported low quality materials (fiberglass too thin).
6. They aren't in the continental United States. This makes me and probably others kinda scared about ordering a thousand dollar "kit" and not really know if it will ever show up.
7. Kits are expensive and generally cannot be parted out. Many people like kits parted out.

If we were to see that a place in the US had Accolade kits IN STOCK that actually fit and are made out of good quality products, I think that place would make some good money.

This is also as an outside observer. I've heard horror stories and good stories. I personally would not purchase from accolade as of now due to the horror stories.
