wow, this thread is not about if it can beat an evo or not. Its about my car with the turbo installed today. Who cares if it can or cannot beat an evo. I take pride in my car, no matter how slow it is. It can't be too bad, it can outrun an SRT-4.

 

Again don't get your hopes up man, a stage 2 intercooled can keep up with an SRT-4 but a non-intercooled wouldn't stand a chance. Don't think of it in terms of which cars you can beat though, wait till you get the car back and then simply enjoy it. If you want to go spanking other people you can always upgrade later.

I am buying an intercooler from an evo owner on the forums. Im buying it monday and he will ship the same day.

I just got the car, the wastegate on the car is really loud. I can barely take it, and i haven't even pushed it too hard.

Is the wastegate recirculating or just dumping to the atmosphere?
