This weekend I had my first car shows of the season. Saturday I took best sport compact at a local show, and then on Sunday I took 1st place wild import at another local show. Weather was perfect and both shows had good turnouts. Great way to start off the new season. Next up is Carlisle Performance and Style, then HIN Philly, and Tuner Evolution. i was just helping out , u want a friend to tell u are wearing something stupid, this is the same thing, car looks clean but the sign is gaay, something some cheezeball buys at a flea market

i'm gonna be going to a car show in a couple of weeks. I gotta a few things to get done first though (new headlights, re-painting interior, etc.)

Beautiful man! Keep it up!!! Any thoughts to ever painting the engine bay? Probably just more trouble than it's worth, huh?

Yeah I'd have to pull the whole motor out and it would be a lot of extra work. I see plenty of show winning cars with their engine bay the stock color, so I'm not real worried about it right now.

Nice shots. Is the sign with all your performance, and pics next to the car extra points? I remember you telling us about judges, so I was just curious.

 

Hate to say it, but I'm not diggin the parking sign. It was the first thing that stood out to me really, and seems a bit cheese. I'm definitely not gonna say it's ghey... just that it takes too much attention away from the important stuff. As said above thou... I don't run the car show circuit, so what do I know?
