Nada. Actually thinking about just putting them on hold for this year. Money's tight, so I really can't afford the tires to go on them. Probably going to run the stockers this Winter and then buy a new set of snowtires for 14 months-from-now.
I should get around to sanding and painting, but I'm lazy.

I really cannot afford to be buying a set of tires right now.
Thanks for the compliment, though!
It was supposed to be a compliment.
PR would be great, but I'd be happy anywhere. Alaska or Miami. Just not Ohio.

And the saga . . . ends? Continues? You decide.
Backstory: I had just decided to store the Chrysler wheels for now and worry about them in the future. Then I learned that the GTS's stock Dunlops are worthless in snow. I kinda went "well, I'll try them." 1/4" of snow and I was sliding everywhere. Hop on TireRack.com and some Winterforce snowtires were delivered.
Since it was a sudden move, did I have time to enact my earlier plans (grind off Chrysler logo, paint wheels black, etc)? No, I did not. So the wheels look just like they do in the pictures above. But now they have tires on them.
. . .
And they're on the car.
Couldn't get pictures today because it was snowing. But I will say that doing a full tire swap during a snowstorm isn't too bad if you have a helper. I'll post some pics of the atrocity tomorrow.

It actually looks decent, if you ask me. These wheels are a little more boring than the GTS, but they're also smaller, lighter, and cheaper. I am going to paint them black over the Summer, but I like the way they look right now. I really think the car looks better with 16s than it does with 18s. I've never been a "big wheel" kinda guy. When I bought my Subaru, I sold the 17s it came with ASAP...
Yeah, that's probably a ways off, though. I had planned to use the leftover Subaru tires I had (205/55/16), but apparently that's actually unsafe on a car that needs 205/60/16.

How many Hondas run 5x114.3 lug patterns, though?

Still not understanding the problem with a slightly lower profile tire... The Difference between a 60 series and a 55 Series tire is minimal... And definitely not dangerous...
The new civics run 5x114.3 Lug Patterns... The hubs on our cars are bigger though, so factory Honda wheels won't cut it...

Good to know. I was aware that the JDM Type R Hondas were 5-lug, but I didn't know that their newer offerings were 5x114.3. The hub size issue sucks, though.
